The service was in regards to a brake line recall and I was pleasantly surprised that KIA would honour the needs of a 2026 SOUL. After dealing with Airport Kia numerous times and even setting up an appointment then calling to confirm my appointment 2 days prior, they told me that I didn’t have an appointment and that I would have t setting up an appointment then calling to confirm my appointment 2 days prior, they told me that I didn’t have an appointment and that I would have to go on a cancellation list or setup another appointment that would be a few months. I called London Kia and spoke with Becky and she was very professional and polite to deal with, she had me an appointment with in days!
