Refreshing, if not perfect experience!! What a great experience; thank you Chris Braceland and supporting team. Coming off a 4 year lease from a major dealership, this is my first Lincoln y What a great experience; thank you Chris Braceland and supporting team. Coming off a 4 year lease from a major dealership, this is my first Lincoln yet alone Ford! From the very moment walking the Lincoln Heights lot, Chris Braceland set the tone. He was genuinely friendly, extremely attentive as I was trying to decide between two different models, one new and the other used. Chris went out of his way not to rush or influence things either way. From allowing me to take either vehicle home, to thinking about it for a few days, he absolutely kept me engaged without feeling any pressure. The extended relaxed professionalism from their GM, Dave Cameron to Jeff Mosher, the Finance Manager was evident throughout. I would be remiss in not mentioning the phenomenal enthusiasm and support that Evan Bell, the Service Manager exuded. He was with Chris at the hand-over for any technical questions ensuring both Chris and I were good to go(talk about team work)! I suppose the real test is the after-purchase experience. This in turn, was equally impressive. I first called Chris with a few minor concerns explaining that I can’t get in for a couple of weeks. Even though that was not a problem, Chris took the initiative and had the service department log my concerns in advance of me even making an appointment. The service was great, and as it turns out, my spouse (first time at dealership) rather than me, picked up the vehicle. Without even asking, she commented on such a positive experience including the shuttle service with us comparing previous experiences with another major dealership. I explained to her that based on my experience with their service manager, I wasn’t surprised ... Evan, you really manage by example! In closing, I wish to thank Chris Braceland for setting the tone and clearly going above and beyond to take care of me every step of the way, including post sale. Based on the overall professionalism and explemplary service tone that Evan Bell sets, one would not hesitate to recommend Lincoln Heights (you owe to yourself to check them out)!
