The way that Lincoln Heights Ford has treated me stands head and shoulders above all others. I have always found their approach to be friendly, their salesmanship to be professional, and their ability to deliver value exceptional. It may be possible for some higher volume dealerships to beat Lincoln Heights Ford's pricing by a few dollars on an exact match. That said, LHF's commitment to finding me the vehicle I need at the price I can afford, and with no surprises at signing, more than compensates. Their sales staff follow-through is second to none. They truly care, and always go the extra distance to ensure my complete satisfaction, end-to-end, in every transaction. They have rightfully earned my repeat business. More

Top shelf staff throughout the dealership. I have purchased a used van, a Focus and an Escape from this dealership. I have always been greeted by the staff when I visit. The friendly atmo I have purchased a used van, a Focus and an Escape from this dealership. I have always been greeted by the staff when I visit. The friendly atmosphere creates a positive environment and it provides an experience that makes me feel affiliated to their family of Ford owners. The sales team is knowledgable and is patient to educate the buyers about the specs on each car. They are not interested in selling you what they want. They put you in a vehicle that suits your needs and budget. There is no haggling on prices. Negotiating is clear and up front. Their best price is always on the table. This non competitive team is trustworthy and loyal to offer you the best after sales service in the business. They do follow up with recalls and their new garage set up is convenient to plan appointments and drop off your vehicle. No matter what kind of vehicle you need or want, Lincoln Heights has it. More
I brought in my 2009 Ford Ranger (36,000Km) on Saturday January 04, 2014 with a clutch that was slipping and that could not be actuated by the pedal. An apprentice examined the vehicle for about an hour a January 04, 2014 with a clutch that was slipping and that could not be actuated by the pedal. An apprentice examined the vehicle for about an hour and I was told by Ian, the service rep. that I needed a new hydraulic slave/release cylinder and it would be a 5 hour job. I agreed to return first thing Monday morning and emphasized that my wife and I were from the Niagara area and would be missing work. The truck was brought to Lincoln Heights Ford at 7 am on Monday 6th and shortly after 8am I was told the part was available and the repair could get underway. Upon my last call to the dealership the evening of the 6th I was told the repair would not be done until Tuesday. On Tuesday the 7th I called shortly before noon and was told that the technician working on my truck did not start his shift until afternoon. I again emphasized that we were from out of town and missing work. I was assured the repair would be done that day. When I called about 8pm that evening I was told that there was a problem with the newly installed release cylinder. It had “over extended” and I would need a complete clutch rebuild. Someone had screwed up a straightforward repair but I was now stuck with Lincoln Heights Ford and could only enquire about a loaner or rental car to get us back home and to work. To conclude this sad tale, it took a complete clutch rebuild ($1300.00) plus 4 days of car rental and a final return to the dealer (1 1/2-2 hours more) on the afternoon of Saturday January 11th when, after picking up the truck and leaving Ottawa, I discovered the cruise-control had been disconnected. Further, I got a new story replacing the one about the release cylinder that had "over extended. I was now told by Ian the problem had been that the clutch plate would not disengage... for some reason. Since I've been home I've discovered pieces of torn gasket on the floor of the cab, greasy hand and boot marks as well as screwdriver marks on the interior trim and a 3/4" self-tapping trim screw under a blanket on the driver’s seat. The clutch seems to work... so far. I plan to have another shop check Lincoln Heights Ford’s work soon. More

In August my wife and I saw photos of a car on their website. In these photos there is snow on the ground. We go to the dealer to look at the car. We are greeted by Mr. Maclean. He provides us specific website. In these photos there is snow on the ground. We go to the dealer to look at the car. We are greeted by Mr. Maclean. He provides us specific details of the car such as the kilometres and the details of the trade in. We ask how long have the car been on the lot? Mr. Macclean states they have had it for 1 1/2 months. It last snowed in Ottawa in March - 5 months ago. Our first question was answered with a bald faced lie - the used car salesman stereotype is alive and well. More
Very nice and professional but if you want to negotiate on price it is better to go anywhere else. They offer $300 off the list price on a $24K car. Laughable!!! on price it is better to go anywhere else. They offer $300 off the list price on a $24K car. Laughable!!! More
This dealership gave me the best price on a 2012 Fiesta. I didn’t feel any pressure in any way. They were very friendly and welcoming. When my car was ready to be picked up, David spent lots of time with I didn’t feel any pressure in any way. They were very friendly and welcoming. When my car was ready to be picked up, David spent lots of time with me reviewing the various gadgets in the car. I felt at ease and comfortable with the car buying experience. I also received a follow up call to see how things were going. I love my car and I’m very happy that I chose this dealership. I will certainly recommend them to friends. More
