However, neither the rims nor the tires could be made to fit. I searched on the internet and called different stores to obtain prices on luxurious looking rims and tires and then I talked with Jonathan about Ford’s publicity for wheels. Very quickly, he showed me various combinations of rims and tires and, you guessed it, we found exactly what I was hoping for at a price that beat the competition. Now I still have the best looking, secure car in the NCR. Jonathan knows where the information can be accessed and his advice on the availability and quality of the products allowed me (the customer) to understand and make a total satisfaction decision. Because of my experience with the Service Department, I can say that I would have obtained the same helpful advice from all of the advisors. In between we have owned other makes, American and European. Our last two Fords, a Ranger and an Explorer, we owned for 10 and 14 years from new, respectively. We can say that the purchase experience and follow-up provided by Dave Rossy has been head and shoulders above any previous dealer we have dealt with. From our first visit to the showroom, he was very helpful, providing technical information on the cars we looked at, and suggesting strategy tips on selecting our vehicle. He insisted we test drive several models, then took the time to come up with the perfect car for us -- all desired options covered. We had visited 8 other dealers for a variety of brands before settling on Lincoln Heights, largely because of Dave's help. After-sales service has been outstanding, both by Rossy and the service department. The client waiting room is very comfortable and staff always friendly and welcoming. And, we are very pleased with our MKX. We have recommended LHF to others and will continue to do so. More
