5 Star Sales and Service Ottawa Dealership I have dealt with Lincoln Heights dealership since the late 1980s, purchased a total of 10 new vehicles and they have all been serviced at Lincoln Hei I have dealt with Lincoln Heights dealership since the late 1980s, purchased a total of 10 new vehicles and they have all been serviced at Lincoln Heights. Without exception the sales staff and the service staff have been outstanding. Two names stand out, Douglas Herd in Sales for his knowledge of the product and his patience and helpful understanding. Ann Cunning in the Service Department is one terrific lady, she knows her job 100%, is extremely courteous with a keen desire to be helpful and she is a distinct credit to your dealership; I can't praise this cheerful and thoughtful young lady too highly. I hope that the afore mentioned individuals are informed of these assessments. More

Within 2 days the salesman was able to find me another one with same options. The communication and customer service was excellent.
