Emergency Repair In April 2017 while in Montréal I had an accident that broke the rear window in my Ford Flex. MOE was awesome! Recently we had the experience of looking to buy a new truck and visited many dealerships! When we narrowed our search on what type of truck we would Recently we had the experience of looking to buy a new truck and visited many dealerships! When we narrowed our search on what type of truck we would purchase, we immediately returned to see Moe at Lincoln Heights despite that this is not the closest Ford dealership to us. Moe was extremely easy to deal with, treated us with respect and worked very hard to meet all of our needs. The extra things that we wanted on the truck were done quickly and professionally. The day that we picked up the vehicle despite the wet and very icy day, Moe continued to take the time to go over everything with my husband about the truck. We felt welcomed into a very friendly environment where there was a very positive family feel amongst the staff. Moe orchestrated our contact with everyone that we needed to talk with in a positive, professional and relaxed manner. Buying a new vehicle is stressful for us, however Moe was able to make this an enjoyable experience. His follow up to see how we like the truck has been excellent!!! More
