Wonderful Experience Jon and the Lexus of Royal Oak Team were so amazing in helping me with my new vehicle purchase. Every moment I felt like my business was important as Jon and the Lexus of Royal Oak Team were so amazing in helping me with my new vehicle purchase. Every moment I felt like my business was important as Jon kept in close contact with me and really made me feel like he was working for me to meet my needs. Jon was not pushy, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Spent lots of time with me, and while I was waiting made sure I was comfortable and even got me a phone charger to use! Ball went above and beyond to make my experience awesome, fitting me in between other appointments and making it so that I could take my new car home 2 days earlier than anticipated. During our time it was really fun joking around and talking, just made it feel really comfortable and friendly. Was thorough in going over all of the details of my purchase despite the limited time we had. Howard did a great job going through all of the features with me and getting my new vehicle ready to go. Filled the tires on the way around front for me. Very friendly guy, easy to ask all of my questions and get a good response. LeVar was also very friendly and continued to check on me to make sure that everyone was taking proper care of me and assisting with all of my needs. Frequently thanked me and made me feel as though my business was of value to them. All around A++, Thank you everyone!!! More
Great Customer Service After some repairs on my vehicle i could hear a sound from the door. The body shop could not figure it out after bringing me back and forth. They took the car in for me and figured it out quickly and fixed it. Not only that but they found a nail in my tire and dealt with that the same day versus bringing me back. It was awesome not hearing that noise driving home. The customer service is awesome More

Driving a Toyota 4Runner for the last 6 years we had come to appreciate the great service and reliability Toyota offers. As we started our search we were in the market for another 4Runner. As I had initially purchased our previous 4Runner Preowned from LeVar Braithwaite I had remained in close contact with him throughout the sales process. LeVar was excited and supportive throughout our search for a new 4Runner even though he is now the Used Car Sales Manager at Lexus of Royal Oak. To our dismay the sales experience at 2 local Toyota dealerships left something to be desired. Without skipping a beat LeVar was available for us and directed us to a new member of his team – Talat Hussain. Talat was warm and approachable, we knew exactly what we were looking for and Talat remained a true gentleman and a professional. Talat respected our time and appreciated our sentiments on feedback, while adding the personal touch of getting to know him throughout the process. Developing that personal relationship while maintaining a professional presence is rare for customer service in the Calgary area. Talat made sure that we were making the right decision, he was attentive, and took his time listening to what we wanted, and even allowed us the luxury of driving our future car - The Lexus GX 460 Ulta Premium. The test drive for our future car may appear to be of small significance, however, please note that when venturing in Calgary for a Luxury purchase, most retailers and their sales reps believe your money is of no value to their establishment. They really make you feel as though you are not good enough. This however is where Talat shines, his charisma throughout the sales experience leaves you truly feeling valued, and happy about the entire experience. He understands that you are indulging in purchasing a luxury vehicle and does not make you feel less than, or guilty in any way. The personal strengths Talat has for establishing a healthy rapport with his customers is a trait most other sales professionals must learn through training seminars, and coaching discussions. It is very apparent that although Talat has only just joined the team at Lexus of Royal Oak, his exceptional business acumen will take him far with the Lexus family. When the decision was made and the deal signed, we were then introduced to Ball Leung in the finance office whom continued upon Talat and LeVar's detail oriented service and personal touch. Ball walked us through everything that was available to us from additional services and rewards to extended warranty's. Even in the days after when we were coordinating our insurance coverage, Ball responded quickly and efficiently in providing the information needed to ensure no delays in the delivery of our new vehicle. On delivery day Talat and LeVar greeted us for our appointment and escorted us to our freshly detailed vehicle where we met Howard Lum whom thoroughly walked us through all of the features and options on our vehicle and assisted in setting up individual preferences and connecting our personal phones to the vehicle. Howard to great care to ensure that we were comfortable with everything before driving away and we are grateful he did as there are many features we use daily (thanks to Howard) without needing to spend time on our own reading manuals to learn how they all work. We are overjoyed with our purchase experience from Lexus of Royal Oak and have since referred friends and colleagues to visit and purchase from this excellent team. We look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Talat and know that we will be taken care of in every aspect along the way. More

Best Experience I walked into the dealership and was greeted kindly by the receptionist who actually walked around her test and greeted me face to face. Cary my sale I walked into the dealership and was greeted kindly by the receptionist who actually walked around her test and greeted me face to face. Cary my salesman was very knowledgeable, he told me about features that i wouldn't even have thought about asking. We went on 2 test drives comparing the RC and IS models, when we came back from the test drive i was still very unsure which one i wanted to go with. He offered me a 3rd test drive to make sure i choose the car i really wanted. He never pushed me into what he thought was best for me but listened carefully to what i wanted wanted and needed. Farid Shivji was great too, he got me a great deal on the car and on my trade in, I didn't get to work with Farid for long but he seemed very kind and understanding. Alex Richardson came up to greet me and to thank me for coming into Lexus, He explained a lot of the features within the facility. Never once did he try to ask what car i was buying and try to push me into it, instead he made sure i was well taken care of. Alex's father Todd came up and joined our conversation. Todd made sure all my questions were answered and even told me about their reward program and got Cary to explain it in more detail with me. Natasha Richardson she came up and greeted me as i was playing with what i thought was a customers dog. Later i found out it was her dog she told me one thing that really caught my intention, bringing a dog into a workplace can relieve the stress of some people. When i heard her say that i already knew she cared about her staff. Natasha did not judge me as i am a younger guy at a luxury dealership, she made sure i was well taken care of. Natasha even took it a step further by giving me a tour herself around the facility. Donna helped me with finance and she was super great, i felt very comfortable with her and could see she was very motherly. I would recommend her if you ever buy a car from Lexus. I did not expect to buy a car today because i wanted to check other vehicles first, but after i met Natasha i decided that i don't want to go to other dealerships because of the way she treated me, she was the main selling point to me purchasing my vehicle from them.
