Micheal Explaining my service Bill My 2004 LX470 (only 232,000 km), has been in the Royal Oak shop many times last year, including a replacement of the A/C system, $5000, and a refurbi My 2004 LX470 (only 232,000 km), has been in the Royal Oak shop many times last year, including a replacement of the A/C system, $5000, and a refurbished GPS screen Unit, $1200, and now service lites coming on, diagnosed for a $145 fee, as an Emmissions problem with several parts needing replacement including the Gas Cap and carbon filter,for about $1200, thank you very much.The filter is missing says the report??? When I picked up the newly diagnosed SUV at 5 pm, all the front service customer reps were busy trying to get the vehicles out, and going home. So, I came back a few weeks later to sort out the meaning of the Report. I always feel that the front line customer reps are too busy to give any explanations,beyond what was written on the mechanics report. ROBERT KEDLAC, at other times, took the time to explain the repairs. This time MICHEAL in Parts, looked at the Service Report and made copies of the engine parts, Carbon canister, and gas cap.. He called over a mechanic walking by, and asked if he could help explain the $1200 problem.JEFF, I think, did so, and we appreciated and learned from the explanation. Michael also installed a burned out low beam bulb when the Report said a high beam was burned out. Thank You Michael! More

It needed a new antenna which should have been apparent a lot earlier on. After my last compliant which was very vocal and sent to LEXUS on line, Bri took over the issue and dealt with it immediately and had the problem fixed. Prior to Bri, my dealings with the service personal were very unsatisfactory - not typical as this is my third Lexus. More

Once I had to be towed there with two flats and many business appointments that day. They found me a loaner to use and set about making it right while I attended all my commitments. Last time, they recommended a dent puller for a hit and run to my vehicle in a parking lot. Lucas was sub-contracted and was able to make it good as new thereby saving me $900 difference to a body shop estimate and not having to do without my SUV for 3 days. More

He offers a lot of experience with luxury vehicles. His personality was exactly what I was looking for, real, relaxed, calm and knowledgeable. He responded promptly to everything I asked with no hassle. I had such a great experience, I brought my girlfriend by. We live in Auburn Bay and made the trip to Royal Oak, and will do it again, just so we can deal with him. We had a lot of options throughout the city to choose from, but I base a significant part of my choice on who I am dealing with. "Long story short," we purchased two vehicles. Excellent experience. Every moment I felt like my business was important as Jon kept in close contact with me and really made me feel like he was working for me to meet my needs. Jon was not pushy, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Spent lots of time with me, and while I was waiting made sure I was comfortable and even got me a phone charger to use! Ball went above and beyond to make my experience awesome, fitting me in between other appointments and making it so that I could take my new car home 2 days earlier than anticipated. During our time it was really fun joking around and talking, just made it feel really comfortable and friendly. Was thorough in going over all of the details of my purchase despite the limited time we had. Howard did a great job going through all of the features with me and getting my new vehicle ready to go. Filled the tires on the way around front for me. Very friendly guy, easy to ask all of my questions and get a good response. LeVar was also very friendly and continued to check on me to make sure that everyone was taking proper care of me and assisting with all of my needs. Frequently thanked me and made me feel as though my business was of value to them. All around A++, Thank you everyone!!! More
