Of course we plowed through websites, solicited opinions and narrowed down our choices. We checked out a few cars prior to the Saturday morning we visited Lexus of Royal Oak. Talat Hussain was fantastic right from the start, being professional, genuine and knowledgeable. He was both encouraging and enthusiastic as we test drove several vehicles (a couple of them more than once). The right car for us was the first Lexus we tested, and we negotiated a great price. This was all in just a few hours on that Saturday; straightforward, uncomplicated and no pressure. A few days later, we’re driving a new NX200T, a 2015 demo model. Since our purchase, Talat has regularly touched based to make sure our Lexus experience continues to be perfect. On one such call, I mentioned a small chip in the windshield and what appeared to be a really small crack right at the base of the windshield. I wanted to get service involved before either worsened. Within minutes, the Service department contacted me to say they would REPLACE the windscreen at their expense! A few weeks later, I dropped the car off in the morning, was shuttled directly and comfortably to my office downtown and then returned the same way later in the day. A spotlessly clean car with a new windshield awaited me. This is our first Lexus experience, and the staff at Royal Oak provided a streamlined and stress-free car buying experience which is supported by exceptional service and support staff. I had never been to this area before so I ended up taking a wrong turn , when I called the dealership , the person who answered ( sorry I don't recall her name ) stayed on the phone with me till I got to the dealership and when she saw me coming she said ' can I get you a coffee / tea etc. Once I got there to David Skillens desk she came right over with the coffee, David was friendly helpful and knowlageble , while I waited I was treated to a quiet relaxing area , a pedicure and the most helpful staff I have came across in. VERY long time , also with sense of humour .!!! I can't say enough about my experience at this dealership and would highly recommend them . More
