I had never been to this area before so I ended up taking a wrong turn , when I called the dealership , the person who answered ( sorry I don't recall her name ) stayed on the phone with me till I got to the dealership and when she saw me coming she said ' can I get you a coffee / tea etc. Once I got there to David Skillens desk she came right over with the coffee, David was friendly helpful and knowlageble , while I waited I was treated to a quiet relaxing area , a pedicure and the most helpful staff I have came across in. VERY long time , also with sense of humour .!!! I can't say enough about my experience at this dealership and would highly recommend them . More

Exceptional Experience - Reception to Delivery With regard to the recent purchase of our new 2016 RX350 we were very pleased with the way the whole sale transaction took place. Our initial contact With regard to the recent purchase of our new 2016 RX350 we were very pleased with the way the whole sale transaction took place. Our initial contact with Talat Hussain was over 6 weeks prior to our actual purchase date. He followed up with us at that time on questions we had regarding some other vehicles. We were impressed with Talat’s attentiveness at that time so came back to him when we were finally contemplating our new purchase. He was very knowledgeable of the new vehicles and understood what we were looking for in a new vehicle. From Talat we were handed over to Wes and Donna to finalize the deal and to review options available for warranty and service packages. Wes made us feel very comfortable in closing the sale and Donna was able to provide us additional detail and pricing we needed on warranty packages, including having information sent to us on her day off. Howard provided us a thorough run-through on the features of our new RX to the extent that we felt comfortable driving it off the lot even with all of the “technology overload” that comes with today’s new vehicles. All-in-all it was a very pleasant experience. All of the members of the Royal Oak team, from the reception counter to the final delivery did a great job getting us on the road with our new RX.
