I have a 2002 RX 300 that has 427,000 KM on it and it is still running just fine, despite the New Car Light being on for several years now, I intend to run it at least until 500,000 km. I was pleasantly impressed that Royal Oak has the same level of friendly, excellent service that I have experienced since 1993, from Glen's Lexus of Calgary. My favorite thing about Lexus is getting dedicated Mercedes owners to switch and having them thank me over and over again. And service is always key to that. Thanks guys and gals. More
As expected Was in for basic service. Can't say they exceeded my expectations as once you have experienced their performance you know what to expect and it's top Was in for basic service. Service advisor Edwin Prasad was great and though it was only an oil change he went over the whole process and pointed out an area of concern (rear tires). The dealership is customer service driven and all realize that a happy customer is their biggest asset. Thanks again, MJW More

Micheal Explaining my service Bill My 2004 LX470 (only 232,000 km), has been in the Royal Oak shop many times last year, including a replacement of the A/C system, $5000, and a refurbi My 2004 LX470 (only 232,000 km), has been in the Royal Oak shop many times last year, including a replacement of the A/C system, $5000, and a refurbished GPS screen Unit, $1200, and now service lites coming on, diagnosed for a $145 fee, as an Emmissions problem with several parts needing replacement including the Gas Cap and carbon filter,for about $1200, thank you very much.The filter is missing says the report??? When I picked up the newly diagnosed SUV at 5 pm, all the front service customer reps were busy trying to get the vehicles out, and going home. So, I came back a few weeks later to sort out the meaning of the Report. I always feel that the front line customer reps are too busy to give any explanations,beyond what was written on the mechanics report. ROBERT KEDLAC, at other times, took the time to explain the repairs. This time MICHEAL in Parts, looked at the Service Report and made copies of the engine parts, Carbon canister, and gas cap.. He called over a mechanic walking by, and asked if he could help explain the $1200 problem.JEFF, I think, did so, and we appreciated and learned from the explanation. Michael also installed a burned out low beam bulb when the Report said a high beam was burned out. Thank You Michael! More

From the welcome, cleanliness, thoughtfulness of all team members to the professional approach in explaining repair, service and warranty items. I always feel like a guest they want to get to know and see come back again and again. Edwin and Colin's knowledge of the vehicles and ability to adapt their approach to any customer is impressive. You can tell that everyone here genuinely cares about what they do and how they do it. Even Chelsea at the coffee bar is so much more than a barista. She is the central guest services expert ensuring you're always well taken care from having your favourite coffee special almond milk on hand (or whatever your fancy coffee thing is) to checking in to see if there is anything else that can make your visit more comfortable. My vehicle was done on time and exceptionally clean after service. The icing on the cake was the pedicure by Nozomi while I waited. A luxury unexpected pampering that doesn't make this dealership my favourite (service of my vehicle is most important) but makes me love every visit. More

It needed a new antenna which should have been apparent a lot earlier on. After my last compliant which was very vocal and sent to LEXUS on line, Bri took over the issue and dealt with it immediately and had the problem fixed. Prior to Bri, my dealings with the service personal were very unsatisfactory - not typical as this is my third Lexus. More
