He took the time to explain all details of the vehicle to me and was patient with me whenever I had questions. When we went on a test drive, he pointed out all parts of the vehicle and all the features. Every time I get my car serviced, the technician explains to me what will exactly they will be doing and how much it will cost. Lots of places will always call you later on to tell you they needed to do more and it will cost more money. However, with Lexus, when I ask them to check things, they check it at no charge and they are honest and tell me that nothing needs to be fixed rather than trying to charge me for something that I don't need. This is my second Lexus vehicle and I am still very happy with them and the service they provide and I would definitely recommend them to others. More

Alex took over an hour to not only talk to me about the vehicle but also gave me a tour of the premise. Thank you for doing all that!
