Chelsea and Samantha are usually one of the first few people to welcome and ask if I need anything like coffee or pastry. When I service my car (2011 IS250), it's always a great and painless experience. I am never pressured to agree to something I don't ask for, and I'm always informed of what will be performed during the service and what the results look like afterwards. I've dealt with Colin a numerous amount of times, and each time his professionalism is what stuck out to me. Howard showed me many of the new Lexus vehicles (planning for an upgrade soon), and I can see that he is very knowledgable and passionate about his job. He truly loves the automotive industry, and it reflects in his attitude and personality. I had been to another dealership and hated the pushy approach. Michael was immediately polite, respectful and helpful. He helped me secure this vehicle that was ideal for me, had no problems with me bringing my friend along for a second opinion on the vehicle and in short, made the whole experience stress free and a pleasure.
