Great Service I was leaving to go on vacation when I noticed that I needed service at noon. Made a call to the service dept & they made an appointment for 2pm. Not only were the service items well taken care of as well as the usual VIP inside/outside complimentary clean, but they located a screw in my tire which was removed and the tire repaired, replaced my worn windshield wipers, and fixed 3 windshield chips (which I had requested they look at). Colin Wiebe, at the service desk, was very honest, personable and pleasant (as always) and text messaged me about the additional items and their respective costs prior to any additional work being done. Every other employee I have dealt with at this Lexus location has been similarly great to interact with. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Lexus of Royal Oak thus far! More

Instead if doing what the other dealerships did, he went to the sales manager and tried to work something out. And to my surprise, he was able to work something out with my situation. From the time you arrive till the time you leave with your spotlessly clean vehicle everyone you speak or interact with is great! From the managing director's wife who was there in the showroom, and made a point of saying hello to the pleasant and polite staff who went out of their way to get you into a loner vehicle and on your way. Oh yeah, don't forget to say hi the nicest labra doodle I've ever met who hangs out in the corner of the show room. All in all a very stress free and pleasant experience.
