Henry is an excellent salesperson - friendly, personable, possessed of a good humour, and very much giving the impression of being on the customer's side, willing to work to help them get the best possible deal. I was quite pleased with my experience with him, and would recommend him to anyone else who wants to shop at Lexus of Royal Oak. Henry's excellent service continued even after I had picked up the car. I first met LeVar Braithwaite when he was a salesperson at Lexus of Royal Oak. Based on my impressions of him then, I was not in the slightest bit surprised when I returned later and discovered that he had become the Used Sales Manager. LeVar is a consummate professional, a hard worker and has a memory of his clients and their needs that verges on the eidetic. He'll probably own a dealership someday. More
