Best Salesperson I’ve ever dealt with! Wow! Where to start. From the moment I reached out to find out about a BMW SUV my wife and I were interested in learning about, I was blown away with Wow! From the moment I reached out to find out about a BMW SUV my wife and I were interested in learning about, I was blown away with the level of professionalism, customer service, understanding and kindness I’ve EVER received from a sales person of ANY kind. I thought this was going to be a bit of a pipe dream as I’m from Edmonton and the SUV was in Calgary, but I was quickly a believer in a phone conversation with Alex on a Saturday(Not a scheduled shift for him)he quickly went down to his dealership to take a great high quality video at my request pointing out minor flaws and not trying to hide anything from me. From there our journey continued to him taking the SUV to a mechanic of my choosing for a 3rd party inspection which I was shocked they did. I could go on and on about this being the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle or anything involving sales personnel but I’m tired and am going to bed:) I could honestly care less about where I purchase a vehicle from(to an extent)but more care about how I am treated and how my needs are met. Alex Richardson by far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this gem of a salesman!
