On delivery day she took alot of her time to explain the car throughly to my wife and made sure no detail was missed. That dealership initially advised that they would not release the car even though they were advised that the car was being traded in for the purchase of a new Lexus of a colour & model that their dealership couldn't provide. Gary had his GM contact the other dealership and the car was released so that the purchase was completed without any delays. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary on all aspects of the transaction.
