As an example our current Lexus which we were trading in to facilitate the purchase of a new car was sitting in another Lexus dealership since late Aug. 2017 for an air bag recall. That dealership initially advised that they would not release the car even though they were advised that the car was being traded in for the purchase of a new Lexus of a colour & model that their dealership couldn't provide. Gary had his GM contact the other dealership and the car was released so that the purchase was completed without any delays. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary on all aspects of the transaction. I should also give a shout out for good service to Mr. Russel Ng, Assistant Service Manager for squeezing me in for a service matter. More

I was looking to purchase a new car but was thinking more in the new year, but once I met Imtiaz Cheval, I was ready to buy. He instantly made me feel very comfortable, and took his time to answer all of my questions. He was very professional, honest, and not a pushy salesman. He is by far the best new car sales consultant that I have ever met. I'm very happy with the service I received from Imtiaz Chevalier, and the Lexus of Richmond Hill dealership, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Lexus. Lack of Communication from the Service Provider; Radio in my Car stopped working. I took my car to Lexus RH. When I got my care back after diagnosis I realized that my Disability Permit was missing. Radio in my Car stopped working. I took my car to Lexus RH. When I got my care back after diagnosis I realized that my Disability Permit was missing. I called my Service Provider who assured me it was not in the dealership, despite my insistence that it was. A month later I took my car in as the Radio was finally in from the States. When I got my car back the first thing I saw on the passenger seat was my disability permit. The service provider had not bothered to check to find out if my disability permit was in the dealership or not when I begged him to check it. Meanwhile I went to the Police Station stood in line to ask for a new one only to be told I should go directly to Service Canada instead. Then I went to Service Canada and stood in line till I got a temporary one. All the Service Provider had to do was ask the Service Department if my Disability permit was found there; which it was. Very traumatizing experience. I will not go there again even though I live 5 mins away. They do not respect us; do not communicate; maybe it was my service provider, which they finally changed, but he is still in the dealership, despite all my complaints of disrespect I got from him. The other employees were friendly. I had a very bad experience with the one assigned to me initially. More
