Even though we purchased a used Lexus right from the beginning Luiza was extremely though and patient with us and made the experience so smooth. On delivery day she took alot of her time to explain the car throughly to my wife and made sure no detail was missed. Her great customer care and professionalism was consistently perfect from start to finish. We highly recommend her for any purchase at this dealership. Service was also excellent, very through and throughout the team it shows they really care about maintaining their customer relationship. We dealt with Trevor and the service team is phenomenal. That dealership initially advised that they would not release the car even though they were advised that the car was being traded in for the purchase of a new Lexus of a colour & model that their dealership couldn't provide. Gary had his GM contact the other dealership and the car was released so that the purchase was completed without any delays. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary on all aspects of the transaction.
