It would be nice if the dealer could own some responsibility for this situation that took weeks and many hours of my time to rectify. I think that is not too much to ask. My current star rating in all categories are based on my present dilemma. Not a happy camper. In fact the only person that really stepped up to try and help is the receptionist. Sorry, Lexus RH, (Richmond Hill, Ontario). I am not one to publicly share my grievances but I am my wits end. For several weeks now I have tried to change my lease from one bank to another. There have been several roadblocks to this happening. First I was told I could not do it. Then I was emailed forms to fax. Done. Then nothing happened and I had to go see my sales rep, who got the same reply from Toyota leasing, so he had the finance rep send in the papers. I was told all is good. Still no payment taken from my new bank account. I call back and leave a detailed message, and over 2 days no, call back. I go back to dealer recently and my rep is not there, I see another rep, apparently for 2 weeks they say they knew papers were still incomplete yet no one follows up with me. and papers were sent by fax again. I try to follow up today several times. The phone calls were frequently disconnected. My URGENT message left with a real person to pass on to a finance rep, was not returned. And a short while ago I was told my original rep is on vacation for a week, even though I was instructed to leave her yet another voicemail this morning. Next step, I am ready to drop the car at your door and walk away. This is my 5th consecutive car with your dealership, and other family members have been clients as well. If this is how you help loyal customers, I am not impressed and no longer loyal. No one seems to really be interested in getting this resolved, so I am ready to walk. And I have received 2 overdue payment notices so far, thank you for that. Looking forward to speedy resolution before I make a new years resolution to buy a different car. Thank You. More
Customer Service I was at dealership today and the way I was treated by staff (specially Anthony) is absolutely ridiculous. I spent almost 2 hours at location and I was advised by staff that Don Valley Lexus and RH location is same and will provide the same incentives (Don valley is offering Winter car tires with every used car from tomorrow). When I was refused in a crap and ridiculous way to take on full price or leave. This was my first and last visit to RH dealership and will not recommend to any one else. More
Poor Service - Winter Tires and Service Ordered winters tires 10 days before my appointment. I wonder what actual services were performed on my vehicle. I wasted a lot of time at the dealership. They seem to be disorganized. Not impressed! More

Mr. Kumar Uthayakumar, the sales person was my first point of contact here. He was very professional in his behavior. Very knowledgeable about cars and always gave me the best advice. He never rushed me into closing any deals and always gave me enough time to think about before deciding. Explained me everything in details, took us for multiple test drives and helped me in getting the best deal. Great overall with some very expensive basic services The location is great. People are nice and you received a good service. but some of their charges are way too expensive even comparing with other Lexu The location is great. Just call other dealers and find you different locations charge differently for the exact same service. An example is an oil change. 165$ for only oil change? It's a joke. Other Lexus dealerships have slightly different prices, Toyota that uses the same oil is much cheaper and guess what, at Costco you can change oil 3 times with the price of this location or other Lexus dealerships. It is NOT rocket science, It is oil change. Drop your prices and earn customer business and respects. More
