Fast and efficient service. I initially called to see what the cost would be to replace my navigation screen and the quoted me 1 hour labour plus the part cost. I went in to pick up a touch up paint pen and asked again and as I had forgot the previous quote price. The service guy must have felt bad because I was just past my warranty cut off and quoted me a half hour labour plus the part. When I came in for my I was back out the door in 45 minutes. More

They provide a loaner, I got a new ES350 this time, they cleaned my RX inside and out. Explained all charges up front and again after. Romeo, Henry, Karen are very friendly and courteous. I’ve owned cars for 46 years. Initial Lexus cost was a little higher than my GM and Chrysler but over the life of the Lexus ES and RX products they are far cheaper to own. Looking to buy? 48,000 km Service I had a great experience, at the appointment. I was told the service would take 2 to 2.5 hrs and I was in at 1:00pm and finished by 3:30pm.
