Miscommunication from start to finish. Always blown away by Lexus - not this time. Very sour experience. Too bad. Waited for loaner, booked oil change $90, was given inspection (miscommunication), asked fo by Lexus - not this time. Very sour experience. Too bad. Waited for loaner, booked oil change $90, was given inspection (miscommunication), asked for a days total was told an amount that was for brakes only (miscommunication), arrived to pay and coordinator was on her phone texting about supper. Sales was asked for 3 quotes, provided 2. Made to feel like I should be thankful they were there. More

Very professional. I received an estimate of the repair which I accepted. The customer service lounge is well stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks. There is a charge centre for my electronics and very comf which I accepted. The customer service lounge is well stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks.
