I recommend this dealership to anyone as they are very helpful and they actually care about your needs as a buyer they are not all about the sale like some dealerships.Stephanie was very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions and explained everything thoroughly making sure I understood and asking if she needed to clarify any details to give me the piece of mind which I appreciate. After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. I thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehi thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehicle in. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. I was expecting to pay for the service required, but, the thoughtfulness and kindness received was priceless. This is service above and beyond the standard of care in todays world.
