Lexus of London

Went in to have a tire repaired on my IS250. While waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). There happened to be one that had just come in and since my tire wasn't ready I agreed to take it for a test drive. So long story short I traded my 2007 IS250 for my dream car, an IS250 convertible! Since I bought it in December, I am very much looking forward to the good weather to put that roof down and enjoy it! Both of the lexus cars I have had so far have been the best drive I've enjoyed. I've had it into the service department for a few hiccups and they have been more than accommodating and are a wonderful staff to deal with. I'm trying to talk my husband into buying a Lexus now. The test drive convinced us of the superior comfort and quiet, smooth ride. Stephanie further explained all of the features in detail, and worked with us to arrive at a suitable financing option. Joe Mazzella was thorough in his review of the financing. We have been driving this vehicle for over 6 months and love it. Each time we have been in for servicing, it has been a delight... being attended to with care and respect.... right down to silencing a small noise in the door and supplying a courtesy car if needed. If Stephanie was around, she always took time to chat.... such a nice touch! The only complaint is that the Owner's Guide is huge ;-) More

On entering the dealership we were met by Tom Hiscott. We had not intended to purchase a vehicle only to take a look at used RX350 models. We ended up making a purchase and we discussed our part exchange. Eventually we agreed on the cost to change and then Tom made a note of all the items we wanted to have ready on our chosen vehicle. The following week we arrived at the dealership and we were amazed at the fantastic job that had been done to prepare our car. It was in showroom condition, it looked like new, not 3 years old. The customer service was fantastic, a lot of effort went into ensuring the vehicle met out expectations and more. Tom was friendly and helpful and also discussed the options for after sales service. The cost to change was slightly more than we had budgeted however the vehicle is great and we would definitely recommend Lexus London, especially Tom Hiscott. Great job Lexus London A*. More

I have always had my 2008 RX350 Lexus serviced at London Lexus. The service and quality of work is superior. While everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful, Adam McCallum, Service Manager is tops Lexus. The service and quality of work is superior. Quite often I call requesting service with little or short notice and they are always accommodating. A loaner vehicle is always available and the time estimated to complete the service is accurate.
