We met with Rick the next morning and he made it clear that he was early on his career, as such, he didn't feed us lines, but conversed with colleagues to ensure he was providing proper information. What set this dealership apart from others (and made me want to drive the distance to purchase a vehicle there) was that the they listened to what I was looking for and tried to meet my needs, as opposed to selling what was simply on their lot. From the time of inquiry, to vehicle purchase, to vehicle pick-up, and even a week later, Rick ensured that I was happy and comfortable with the vehicle.
