I went to Lexus of London upon recommendations of others and also because I know a few of the employes through my job. I was looking to buy a Honda Accord and a few of the other persons who I knew that work and also because I know a few of the employes through my job. I was looking to buy a Honda Accord and a few of the other persons who I knew that worked at dealerships were not being very helpful in my search for my car and as soon as I went to Lexus Mat was very helpful immediately unlike the other companies I had dealt with.They talked me through selling my other car and gave me many options when it came to new cars but I knew my car when I saw it, its the car I have wanted for so many years!!! Everyone was so helpful through the process from financing, to getting an auto starter installed to making sure i understood all of the paperwork and conditions. Recently, we dealt with Matthew Granger when purchasing a 2013 Lexus Rx350 through the Lexus of London dealership. Matt is an excellent salesperson, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I emailed Matt many times over several months while investigating different Lexus vehicles and offers. He always responded quickly and searched for the best deal for us. Matt emailed me about a great deal on one of their last 2013 Rx350's at the dealership and after a quick visit to the dealership we purchased that vehicle. After we purchased the vehicle, we visited family in Owen Sound and experienced a rather harrowing drive home through freezing rain. The Lexus all wheel drive system provided great traction on the icey road surface, but we were unsure about the appropriate settings for the defrost and deicer controls. When we emailed Matthew Granger about these settings he asked us to phone him and he walked us through the appropriate settings for the vehicle.
