After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. I was expecting to pay for the service required, but, the thoughtfulness and kindness received was priceless. This is service above and beyond the standard of care in todays world.
