A vehicle which met our criteria arrived within a couple of weeks and we were offered an extended test-drive (over a few days). We ended up buying that vehicle. Due to work schedules, we were at the dealership close to closing times on a few occasions, but were never made to feel rushed. We found Sean very down-to-earth, and felt we could be very candid with any questions/concerns we had. We would highly recommend him as a sales advisor. More

Happy Customer This is tough to do without a little background information. Our previous high end car had just quit after less than 6 years. Further it was going to cost us a small fortune to fix and then the question would be do we keep it or sell the car. Other than a blown transmission there was nothing wrong with the car. However, if the CVT transmission could go without warning then what else could go? Fixing it did not seem a smart move spend 8K to gain 2K when selling. And to top things off the dealership where the previous car was purchased did not offer anything in the way of help except maybe something could be done with the taxes if I chose to fix it. Lexus of London was the first dealership we walked into on our search. Jack was very accommodating and very helpful. He understood what we were looking for and for the price we were willing to spend. Answered all of questions. Did not pressure us or try to steer us into a higher price model. None of that.He found us the same car in another colour which to me was better and also with less mileage, which is the car we purchased. We did visit three other dealerships that day looking for cars. One dealership refereed us back to Lexus and informed us that Jack knew his stuff. The next one wanted to put us into a vehicle that was 2 years older than the one we would purchase. The other dealership had a car that I wanted and perhaps for the price i was willing to spend but the feeling i got from them that I was doing them a favor by purchasing the car. The salesman was aware of our car crapping out but didn't seem all that interested in helping us out. It didn't take much to make our decision and go with Lexus of London. The experience with Lexus of London and Jack Ji has been refreshing and a pleasure. I would not hesitate recommending both to anyone looking for a Luxury car. More
