Throughout my dealings with the service department, I have consistently found the L of L service representatives to be knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very pleasant to deal with. With regards to pricing, when I required 4 new regular tires and 4 new snow tires, L of L matched the prices of the big box stores. When I required 2 new rotors, they got them covered under warranty. Overall, very pleased with the service experience. More

The facility was what I would call 'upscale' well suited to the Lexus product line. The staff were professional and knowledgeable while at the same time very helpful and responsive. The review of the features of my new vehicle was quite thorough and unhurried, an approach I haven't previously encountered. What also made it unique (for me in any case) was that this review was conducted by someone that was trained for this review (Teagan McCombs) and not a salesperson.
