I went to the dealership with a problem with my 2003 Lexus GS430 on the advice of Al Farmer in the parts dept. I was going to purchase a exhaust converter and he advised me to see Adam McCallum for another opinion on what I really need to fix my car. That was great advice as the repair was under $200.00 instead of the over $1500.00 I was expecting. While I was waiting in the dealership for my repairs to be completed I was looking at the new cars in the showroom, there I met John Braddon he was very pleasant and showed me a few different models with no pressure to buying. I should say I was not really thinking of buying a car at that time, but he took me on a test drive and game me all the info on a ES300h I fell in love with the car and after a visit to the dealership with my wife we decided to order the car in the 2014 model year. Just after that and before we signed the deal I got very ill and almost succumbed to this illness, during this time my wife had spoke to Mr. Braddon and was told they were ordering the car for us and we didn't need to do anything other that get well and if we still wanted to proceed with the purchase just come in at that time and they would do the rest. I have been in the automotive business over 35 years and I know this was over and above what is normal, I would like to say Lexus of London are people that really care about people and not just there to sell and fix cars. My wife and I would like to thank Mr. John Braddon, Al Farmer, Adam McCallum and Mark Eisan for all there personal care and attention to our needs,and still months after our delivery of our wonderful automobile they are so personable. I must also add that every time we set foot into Lexus of London the entire staff in every area make you feel so special thank you everyone what a great experience. I recommend this dealership to anyone as they are very helpful and they actually care about your needs as a buyer they are not all about the sale like some dealerships.Stephanie was very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions and explained everything thoroughly making sure I understood and asking if she needed to clarify any details to give me the piece of mind which I appreciate. After an extremely cold night, my parking brake froze. I thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehi thought I managed to free it on my own, but for reassurance, I spoke with Romeo Nissan, service consultant, and he suggested for me to bring the vehicle in. They took me right away, and although I had to rush off to work, the courtesy shuttle took care of me. At the end of the day, much to my surprise, the dealership had cleaned out the salt and sand in the interior, examined and serviced the parking brake assembly, and there was no charge. I was expecting to pay for the service required, but, the thoughtfulness and kindness received was priceless. This is service above and beyond the standard of care in todays world. Thank you very much, I will definitely pass on my experience to all who will listen. More

Service appointment times are normally within a day or two. Service personnel are knowledgeable about product, and excellent at explaining work required.
