And.............prior to purchasing my Lexus, I had heard that Lexus dealerships over-charge. Well............definitely not the case!! When I first went in a couple months ago to look at a new RX350 she was so helpful in every aspect, from explaining options or giving advice. Unfortunately buying a new one just didn't work out, but .... Stephanie was sssoooo amazing that she went above and beyond to remember options and what price point would be most beneficial. She kept her eyes open and as soon one came in that would be perfect for me, she contacted me right away and BAM the deal was done. Can't do better! The reception desk, run by Rhonda, is efficient and friendly. Even if you know how to make a coffee in their machine, she will cheerfully help you.
