Simply seamless! I will begin by saying that historically my loyalty has been to Mercedes. From the moment we entered the dealership, until the time we drove our vehicle off of the showroom floor, the service from Lexus of London was simply impeccable. While the vehicle sold itself, the customer service provided by Rob and Lauren was second to none. Sorry Mercedes, I am afraid that I will be following Lexus in moving forward.
