Rick is the man Made appointments all over the city to find a new car, went to bmw,acura and mercedes before going to Lexus-BIG MISTAKE!! Rick was the best by far! Made appointments all over the city to find a new car, went to bmw,acura and mercedes before going to Lexus-BIG MISTAKE!! Rick was the best by far! Was on time for my appointment, had the car ready to go and gave me an hour for my test drive. Which I understand is something you would expect from any dealership, but was not my experience on Londons automile. (mercedes told me I had 10 mins and it was on empty with the gas light on, with 4 days notice and a scheduled appointment) Rick made it very easy to ask questions and bring up any concerns that I had with getting to know the vehicle. He exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
