Rob was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicles he showed us. Above all, he wasn't pushy and made sure we had all of the info we needed to make our purchasing decision. He gave us a quote on the vehicle, we came back with a counter-offer which he excepted immediately. We now a proud owner of a 2018 RX350 and very pleased with the purchasing experience. We were given a total tutorial of the car in which we learned a lot.
