She welcomed us and did all she could to accommodate our needs. When conversing with her by email she was prompt and took care of any of our questions or concerns. We had an issue with the car a couple of days after purchase and she looked into it and resolved the problem in a way that satisfied our concerns. The other staff that helped us were friendly and all too willing to walk us through the process of purchasing a car. They met all our needs with a great attitude. I would recommend this dealership and encourage someone to check out what Lexus has to offer, you may end up driving away with one of their beautiful cars just like we did! More

Strong Organization Sales and support staff are very professional and yet cordial. First impression is that this is a busy well run organization. Having said that it was pointed out to me that they thoroughly investigate and profess to have best pricing on vehicle purchase prices. Although I can somewhat agree on this statement the trade in values are not so competitive. We were disappointed in the trade value compared to resale price of our trade in. Dealerships can declare "certified" on the resale of used but don't seem to take into consideration the care we took in maintaining our trade in. More
