We were welcomed on the first visit (Autumn 2017) to Lexus of London by Rick Watson. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel comfortable and at ease to explore all the features Lexus of London by Rick Watson. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, making us feel comfortable and at ease to explore all the features of the latest RX 350. (We owned an older Lexus RX 350 that we bought used from Campbell Toyota in Chatham and we loved it.) Rick impressed us so much with his presentation that we traded in. Our service visits to Lexus have always been a pleasant experience and now with the helpful assistance of Rick Watson again we are driving a brand new 2021 Lexus RX350! More
