I bought my 2002 Lexus GS430 in 2008. I still have it in large part because I learned very quickly that it was far better to have it serviced at Lexus of London. Time and again staff, from the concierge to the people who wield the wrenches, demonstrate a degree of professionalism and efficiency (not to mention friendliness) little seen in this day and age. Details would take too long to read and even longer to write. I'll summarize my major point this way: Like many people, I thought dealerships overcharged for service and parts. Lexus taught me that I don't save money by paying twice for a job that Lexus does right the first time. I still drive a 20 year old car because it performs in all ways better than the day I bought it. Why? Because after-market parts installed by the previous owner have been replaced with Lexus parts installed by skilled professionals at Lexus. More

I travelled from Oakville to London on Friday Nov 26 and heard a rattling noise in my car all the way and went to your dealership when I arrived. It was close to 3pm and the weather was bad so they said the heard a rattling noise in my car all the way and went to your dealership when I arrived. It was close to 3pm and the weather was bad so they said they has stopped taking cars out on the road; however the very kind mechanic said he would take it out. He diagnosed the problem within minutes as being due to the exhaust heat shields and he removed them and then Jennifer refused to take payment. What a lovely reception I received from the moment of making the telephone call through the entire visit which took about 30 minutes total. I was so impressed and so thankful! More
