Our first time visiting the dealership, my wife and I were made to feel very comfortable as the atmosphere was relaxed, the sales advisor appointed to us (Mr. Kevin Gittens) was very knowledgeable and he were made to feel very comfortable as the atmosphere was relaxed, the sales advisor appointed to us (Mr. Kevin Gittens) was very knowledgeable and helpful making three vehicles available to us to test drive, whilst the whole experience of purchasing o vehicle was very pleasant an approximate time horizon given for receiving a new NX did not fit into our immediate plans. I know without a doubt had a new NX with the options we were looking for been available for immediate delivery we would have made a sale. If one was interested in getting a Lexus I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
