While the repair work was being done, Cam went through my lease agreement to try and get me into a newer model at a cheaper rate. Treated Like Gold! I had trouble getting a deal I was comfortable with in Calgary for my 4th Lexus,so I spoke with Cam,the Sales Manager at South Pointe Lexus,in Edmonto I had trouble getting a deal I was comfortable with in Calgary for my 4th Lexus,so I spoke with Cam,the Sales Manager at South Pointe Lexus,in Edmonton,and he made it worth my while to Drive up to his Dealership in Edmonton,and drive home in my new Lexus. My 11 year old son,Nate,came with me,and we both had a good time. Better driving back in the new Lexus,of course! Milan,the Financial Manager,was great to deal with as well. Alla, the delivery supervisor was very efficient and knowledgeable. The whole transaction took about 24 hours from first phone call to delivery and final handshakes! And I was treated like Gold the whole time. Nate said he wants to come back whenever I bring the Lexus in for service,too. He thinks the Dealership is the nicest one. He was only upset when I told him he couldn't drive home,but I had to give him the second key! More
