Lexus south point Is the worst experience ever I would have to say this dealership has the worst finance and sales technics I've ever witnessed ! After doing some research I found that the sales and finance team not only lied but misrepresented themselves and would say anything to get you to lease from them! I know times are tough but trying to minipulate some one to sign legal papers with out knowing the legalities of the contract and getting ignorant when asking questions. Salesperson we dealt with got rude and and snippy when we made him work to do the job but after we decided not to seal the deal, his true colours came out. His attitude changed from friendly, to impatient. General Manager Cam is very rude and condescending, and worse than his sales staff I would never recommend this dealership More

Terrible service! A 2 hour recall turned into 1 week! The supposed 2 hour recall took 3 days (with no updates as to what was taking so long). My Rx was returned to me with an oil leak in the area of the The supposed 2 hour recall took 3 days (with no updates as to what was taking so long). My Rx was returned to me with an oil leak in the area of the recall, which my Rx never had when it went in. When I called them , they said it was nothing they did. Then they tried to rectify the leak, which took another 3 days (again with no updates) as they apparently could not figure out what and why it was leaking. When questions are asked about it, I felt as if they were not sure what to say and therefore I did not trust them. Now 2-3 weeks later my Rx is leaking again, a problem I did not have prior to having service there. I will not return and will have to take it to a more reliable shop! Extremely disappointed to a place that is supposedly priding themselves in customer service. More

Upon my recent visit on 22nd April 10:30 am to view an IS-350, she has helped and assisted in a stupendous and graceful manner. Even though I was unable to target a vehicle to my requirements, mainly due to being time rush on my side, she help a constant communication on the prospective vehicle with profound product knowledge. Meela/Mela has great product knowledge along with all features and benefits on various classes of IS series vehicles that I was mostly interested in.
