Questionable parts prices, unwanted texts Had to buy new set of wheels nuts last winter, was supposed to go to the other Lexus dealership but a bad storm came in, so came here. Went to the parts desk, guy said $30 per nut, needed 5. When he brought it to the counter, I asked if all prices in the city are the same, he stated they were. Mentioned they were $5 cheaper at the other dealership...he didn't bat an eye and said would give me the same price. Few months ago, wanted to test drive a car...the lady was really nice and offered a car then came back and said none available, had to come back in a week. Went to the west end the same day, had a test drive, put a deposit down. Two days later, the lady called with a test drive for the car, mentioned I already bought elsewhere, thanked her for her time. Still getting texts to see them months later.... Buddy needs new windshield on a NX, quoted $1200 before install, $800 plus install at the west end location. Suggest doing you research More
