Good service I got to the service department a few minutes earlier than our appointment but went in and got looked after right away. I was told it would take out about an hour and a half to two hours so I stayed instead of taking the courtesy car I had arranged to get. They had it done in just over a hour . First class service from beginning to end of car detailing! The Service man that assisted me as very pleasant and escorted me up the elevator to the restaurant lounge area where Icould work on my laptop. Wandered downstairs and discovered the spa, where I was greeting warmly and was able to get a lovely manicure .
