Definition of Excellent Service ?? So, We came by the South Pointe Lexus in hopes in buying my wife a NEW or NEWER SUV. Her heart was set on a RX350. Long story short....spent well So, We came by the South Pointe Lexus in hopes in buying my wife a NEW or NEWER SUV. Her heart was set on a RX350. Long story short....spent well over 2 hours looking and discussing which SUV that would suit my wife. We decide to leave and think about which choice of SUV we were gonna go with. You would think that someone from the dealership would follow up with us as we were very serious. How serious....well we waited almost 9 days before we decided to check out Lexus Edmonton ( WEST ). Well...we ended up buying a NEW 2017 RX350 Type F series 2 from them. The follow up has been awesome !! Still waiting to hear from South Pointe Lexus to advise them that we were actually dead serious about BUYING !! Oh well....I guess they thought we were not serious ?!?! So not sure how they could offer EXECELLENT service if they can't even follow up with a potential buyer !! More

Because of a last second personal event, I had to cancel my reservation. Which I was surprised that they were so accommodating & understanding, because I didn't give much notice. So they rebooked me for the following week, which was great. So the day of my second appointment, I was fashionably 1 hour late (many sorry's) & again, treated me like I was an hour early. Treating me better than I deserved. Raquel was a total pro & was realistically the best part of my week. She gave me the red carpet Lexus treatment, even though I showed up in a Ford. Even had a shuttle driver drop me off at home. Nice touch. Her professionalism inspired me to not wear sweat pants in public so much going forward. Powerful influence. Once I came back to get my truck back, it was phenomenal how well it was cleaned up. No amateur armorall sprayed over the dash. Excellent steam clean on the carpets. I even looked in some trouble spots to see if any shortcuts were taken. None found. They did a fantastic job. All in all, a fantastic experience & I look forward to the next time I go. Unscheduled appointment My windshield wiper stopped working and Icalled and was able to get an appointment for that to be dealt with that morning.
