Impressive Service from Camm Rutten at Lexus Lexus Southpoint especially Cam Rutten exceeded all of my expectations for finding me my perfect car. I had recently had my vehicle stolen and Cam and Lexus Southpoint especially Cam Rutten exceeded all of my expectations for finding me my perfect car. I had recently had my vehicle stolen and Cam and his staff were kind, educated, accommodating and above all patient with the process I had to endure - it must be the bow tie! I would also like to mention Chris Button for making my walk through a breeze. Your patience and knowledge was and is so helpful. I highly recommend southpoint to anyone looking for a new vehicle it was a wonderful experience and second to none. Thank you Cam Rutten More
Avoid avoid avoid! If you walk into this dealership thinking you will get the same level of service compared to the other Lexus dealer in Edmonton, you could not be more If you walk into this dealership thinking you will get the same level of service compared to the other Lexus dealer in Edmonton, you could not be more wrong. I would never wish Lexus South Pointe on my worst enemies because the customer service really is that bad - in fact, there is none! Where do I begin? From the moment I walked in, nobody was there to assist me. A manager had to find a salesman in order to help me out. This was already a big red flag, but you see, I persisted because the vehicle in the color combo I wanted was only available at Lexus South Pointe. When it came time to negotiate pricing, I could not have been more insulted by the entire ordeal. The salesman pulled the tactic where the dealer tells the customer they made a $7,500 loss buying the vehicle from the first owner. So? Am I supposed to be the customer where you try to get that $7,500 back? Why should I care about the inability of your dealership to make a proper business decision? To make matters worse, the salesman questioned my intelligence about the vehicle during the sales process. When you, the customer, has to show the salesman, the one selling the car to you, about certain specifications that he thinks you are pulling out of your magic hat via showing him the Lexus press release and the brochure, it’s clear Lexus South Pointe has work to do on training its employees both in terms of knowledge and how to judge the intelligence of customers properly. The only bright spot was the financial manager, Celia, who was very nice and took the time to explain the paperwork in a concise manner. She made the dealership experience somewhat salvageable. Once that arduous and stressful sales process was over, we had agreed on several things to fix for the vehicle come delivery date including curb rash and rock chips on the windshield. You would think Lexus South Pointe would take care of that right? Absolutely not. Later on, I was told by the salesman we had never talked about the curb rash - insisting it was never part of the discussion. Whatever, I’ll let that one slide because it wasn’t signed and written down (do I really have to do this?). On delivery date we showed up to find … the one big rock chip they promised to take care of staring at us from the windshield. This was getting infuriating as the rock chips were mentioned several times in our discussion and I had even called the day before to make sure it was taken care of - I guess staff doesn't listen to their customers at Lexus South Pointe. And finally, you would think after all this, they would deliver the car all in one piece. Nope. When we got home, we realized the cargo cover was missing! It was there on the date of the test drive but we had overlooked it while taking delivery. We do not live anywhere near the dealership and had to spend another hour driving back-and-forth to pick up a cargo cover for the vehicle. Honestly, I will not be returning to Lexus South Pointe after this entire ordeal. Nobody has apologized for their mistakes and it just shows the level of arrogance Lexus South Pointe displays to the public. This experience has been extremely stressful and insulting for myself and our entire family. More
Just Amazing There are no words describe how the service is at this dealership. It is nothing short of spectacular. They treat you like a VIP. They are kind, expeditious, more then reasonable for pricing on service. There showroom and customer service waiting area are beautiful and well stocked. I do not think they know the words "no, I am sorry we can not do that". they work magic. I have driven other luxury cars before and never will I ever consider anything but a Lexus. Thank you for making every visit a pleasure. More

Noise coming from front wheel After hitting a pot hole while driving to work, I experienced a very loud scraping noise coming from the front wheel. Believing that something had bro After hitting a pot hole while driving to work, I experienced a very loud scraping noise coming from the front wheel. Believing that something had broken from the impact, I took the car directly to the service bay at Southpointe and was assisted immediately by the staff there even though I did not have an appointment. I turns out that there was a rock inside of the wheel that was causing the noise and that hitting the pot hole was just a coincidence. There were no charges and it only took 15 minutes for the service. I was really impressed by the service staff and felt very valued as a customer. Thank you! More

I felt like a king I had taken my Honda Minivan in for service. I felt welcomed from entry into the facility. Service advisers were excellent. The work done to the Van w I had taken my Honda Minivan in for service. I felt welcomed from entry into the facility. Service advisers were excellent. The work done to the Van was above and beyond my expectations. Once I received the Van back I made an appointment for my Truck. Great , excellent service. I am making plans to buy a Lexus after that experience. More
