As we're new in Canada, we know how difficult it could be to be approved for the leasing, but she was great - and very friendly - managing that. I will never buy a Lexus again It's all about the sale and not about customer service. I was very happy when Reza took me through the various options however when I received the ca It's all about the sale and not about customer service. I was very happy when Reza took me through the various options however when I received the car it had multiple issues. Because I had already driven the car off the lot, they refused to assist me and was not honest about the state of the car when I received it. 1. I had to drive to the airport to attend my mother's funeral a few weeks after I bought the car, and while on the highway the guard behind the front bumper fell off. I had to get off the highway with my 5 year old son in the car and put it back in myself. When I took the car in they said the big hole and shredded guard was because I ran over something. I insisted that I didn't and wanted them to replace it and they refused. 2. I had parked the car in a parking lot close to the airport. When I got back it wouldn't start. I called Reza and he said I had roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance and they said it had expired months ago before I bought the car. Reza arranged to get roadside assistance eventually however my son and I had been waiting for hours after a 5 hour flight. 3. The tire warning light went on the a week after I got the car. When I took it in they said it was because of the change in the weather. Upon further inspection there was a big gash in the tire and all the tires were worn. Again they said I must have run over something which I insisted I didn't. I had to spend more than $1000 on 4 new tires because all the tires were worn. I can honestly say I hate this dealership and will never buy a Lexus again. They are duplicitous and dishonest. It's all about getting a sale and not about customer service. More
