We recently bought a car through Zuhair Tauqeer, the Product Advisor. He is a very professional and helpful individual. He stayed with us every step of the way in order to explain to us all the details and to provide us with super helpful tips.
Very pleasant and helpful staff especially salesman,Emron and Financial Advisor, Lenny. Both gentlemen were very patient and offered excellent service!
I had a fantastic experience with Wilbert and Samantha! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Wilbert explained us each and everything so well including the features of the car. Samantha explained and helped in the financial procedure They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with everything and truly delivered excellent customer service. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and friendly team.

One of the salespeople, Jason Zhang, is extremely mean and arrogant when I inquired about the prices. I understand Lexus is a hot sell at Ontario but doesn’t mean he get to use all those demeaning words to the potential customers. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
They roll out the red carpet for you when they need you to buy a car from them but after you are hooked, they treat you like garbage!
The Lexus experience at Lexus Downtown is not what I expected. I recently purchased a 2022 Certified Pre Owned Lexus SUV from this dealership, and sadly it was not what I expected from Lexus. I always purhase a CPO vehicle, my last 3 anyway, but this time, though I ended up liking the vehicle, the experience was a let down. They make a distinction between a factory new vehicle on their showroom floor and their used programs. I was told by the salesperson, that they don't detail the used cars before offering them for sale, but I took one for a test drive anyway. I expect that when I buy a new vehicle, whether new or used, that the dealership would make an effort to show it in it's best shape. By that I mean, take the time to detail a used vehicle before offering it for sale. I should not have to wonder it the scratches in the dash will come out when they detail it before delivery. I should see it the way I will be picking it up. I also saw a long scratch on the rear passenger door, that was NOT pointed out to me. I observed it when I took a second look at the vehicle. I caught it and pointed it out to the salesperson. They did not point it out to me. I went ahead witht the purchase anyway, based on them repainting the door at their bodyshop. That they did, but when I did pick it up, the scratches in the interior were still there. I was disappointed. My gut told me to not purchase this vehicle. I did, and in time, I hope to love the vehicle, but for now, 2 weeks in, I like it. I just wish that the dealer cared about their used vehicle customers as much as their new vehicle buyers. To me, the new vehicle experience should start at the moment you walk into the dealership the first moments. I bought the vehicle based on the reputation of the Lexus brand, but the goodwill should have started when I walked into the dealership, not hoping to enjoy it down the road and for years to come. I also purchased the extended warranty, but not sure what product I purchased. They have two products, plus 2 that include maintenance. What I actually purchased, I am not sure. They were happy to take my money and get me on my way. If I do stick with the brand, I would not purchase a vehicle from them again.
