rush rush rush yeah! so this time, the wife and i decided to get a 2nd car. we went down here to catch up with Ron who sold us our first car, which was a Toyota. thi yeah! so this time, the wife and i decided to get a 2nd car. we went down here to catch up with Ron who sold us our first car, which was a Toyota. this was back 10 years ago. anyway, we met him again and told him what we were looking for. to make it short, we got the car, was told to someone will pick us up to sign off on Saturday. Saturday came, we had to take a taxi because apparently, they were understaffed. we called up ahead and spoke with Vincent to inquire if we got the Chinese plates IE 168, 888 or anything triple except 4. we were told that he thinks the plates were *68. we got there and i was frustrated to hear that we didn't get the 168 plates and that it is up to us get it exchanged at service Ontario. they told us it was easy to exchange it. i rushed to service Ontario yesterday to try and get a hold of the plates but was told that we needed the authorization form from the dealer since the car is leased. i called them up and Vincent was either busy on the phone, in a meeting or whatever. i even emailed him to send me the form... just checked, still nothing. now, i spoke with Ron and he told me that i can buy the plates from service Ontario. for me, the only real helpful person at that dealership is Kalen Holst. i wouldn't recommend going or sending my family, friends or co workers if they are looking for another car. BTW, the 168 or 888 numbers we were after is considered lucky by the Chinese or any who is Asian. More

even one star is being generous On thursday, i sent sales associate Nader an email regarding a 2013 hybrid 450h. With a prompt reply he told me to come on saturday. My dad and i both On thursday, i sent sales associate Nader an email regarding a 2013 hybrid 450h. With a prompt reply he told me to come on saturday. My dad and i both work on saturday so we both took days off and were at the dealership at 9am. Their staff meeting ended around 940am. For 40 minutes we were doing nothing. Nader came out and showed us the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We went on our first test drive around 10am. After a pleasing test drive, we started talking numbers around 10:15am. Before we did, Nader had informed us that there was a possible finance on this car that took place on friday, he went to go check and came back and told us that the finance did not go through and this vehicle is now freebies. Nader then brought his manager Siavash into the room to discuss numbers. Siavash first sentence out of his mouth was "i dont negotiate my pre owned vehicles" after minutes of back and forth he didnt even budge a dollar. around 1030 Erfan came into the room and took the keys from Nader to the same vehicle, at the same time we were ready to pay a deposit from our credit card. I wanted to test drive the car one more time before we process anything, as i left the room Erfan had already taken the vehicle on a test drive with his customers. As our deal was just about to go through everything was going well. When the car came back on the lot, we wanted to go on a test drive, Nader told us that these other customers are serious so you might want to put a deposit down. I was shocked at the fact that they are even considering someone else when im in the room and the deal is almost closed. Wanting to speak to Siavash about why im being told to put a deposit down when i was the first one who view the car and talk numbers. he did not come out of his "meeting"... so we went on our second test drive just to check a couple of other things. When we came back Nader was ready to put the sold sign on the vehicle, but 2 mins later he comes back to tell us that Siavash and Erfan had already sold the vehicle because the other cx put a deposit down before us. Surprised as to how that even happened we approached Siavash,... he then made some xxxxxxxx story that their deposit was given to us a week before but we didnt process it. NADER HAD FULLY TOLD US THAT THIS CAR IS FREEBIES TO ANYONE NOW. Siavash customer service also went from average to extremely pathetic and rude. He only cares about numbers and sales.. customer service was no where to be seen. He offered to give us a discount on any other vehicle on the lot, sadly that "discount" didn't do much as he only offered $1300. it was evident that since the car is sold he doesnt really care about us anymore. havnt met a sales associate more fake than Siavash. wasted 5 hours of our time. We took our business to lexus on the park where the customer service was BEYOND PLEASING. More

In short, all these guys care about is the sale and beyond that they'll do as little as possible for on-going client satisfaction. My purchase was marred with lies, deception and when confronted, absolutely nothing was done and the manager had the audacity to tell me that despite what I was told by my sales person, "I should have known" that this was not the truth. Stay far far away. I would never set foot in that dealership again. More

It took 5 days to get a return call back, actually an email I was interested in a vehicle on their website, contacted them on Thursday to set up an appointment for a test drive....after 4 attempts I finally got I was interested in a vehicle on their website, contacted them on Thursday to set up an appointment for a test drive....after 4 attempts I finally got an email, 5 days later saying the vehicle was sold.....the same vehicle is still on the website for sale 5 days after I was told it was already sold. Every other dealer I contacted replied within the hour. More
