My appointment was set for 1:00 p.m. They approached me with a big smile on their face letting me know they were ready to start. Gave me approximately a time when it would be ready.During my wait for the last 20 minutes I went to see what was happening in the show room,got approached by Matt who was the sales man that sold me a Elantra 2013. Made me feel so welcome and so happy because he remembered me. Leduc Hyundai went over and beyond not only in sales but in their service as well. Fast forward almost 3 years. Received a call couple weeks ago wanting me to trade my vehicle. Told them straight out wasn't interested. Ok cool. Then received a call from their finance dept about vehicle loan i apparently applied for. Whoa nope!! now I know sounds shady and not like a 5 star review. However, Scott the sales manager was jerkish as he should have been and immediately launched an investigation despite not believing me. By the time I got to the dealership to roll heads, he had figured out what happened. LNG story short, big human error. I felt like an xxx, but turns out we were both righ. Scott ensured my personal info had NOT been used, that somehow a different customers info got put under my name on file folder only. Apologies made from both sides and correct customer info updated. As well as huge relief also a gift given for mistake. Thank you Scott and team for ensuring things were corrected. More

This was worst place to purchase a new vechicle! Even though I was paying cash for a brand new vehicle, the customer service was the worst I have ever received from an auto dealership! Even though it Even though I was paying cash for a brand new vehicle, the customer service was the worst I have ever received from an auto dealership! Even though it was a cash deal, I was required to go through a convoluted and completely unnecessary financing application even though I made it clear that I wasn't interested in financing the purchase. After the completely unnecessary financing application, which I didn't request nor did I want, the vehicle was then available to pick-up after several days - again another delay that other dealerships don't do. At most auto dealerships when a customer walks in, knows what vehicle they want and they have cash-in-hand, they are treated very well and sent on they're way with what they came in for. However, this is absolutely not the case with Leduc Hyundai. When the brand new Santa Fe was finally available for pick-up, it appeared that the financing clerk who closed my purchase was hired more for her appearance than her job capabilities since there was a complete lack of customer service to the point the Manager had to be called. There was no apologies for wasting my time or for the bogus financing application process that was pushed on me. In addition, I refused to sign the credit application that the dealership had already ran despite that I had made it clear, I didn't want financing - I think this falls into fraud. Because of their shady financing process that is forced on customers regardless of whether they want it or not, and the fact that this dealership ran my credit without my consent and that they wanted me to consent after the fact, I would never recommend this dealership. The Leduc Hyundai manager did not at all apologize for how I was treated after spending in excess of $34,000 nor was I offered any incentives...for a terrible, horrible and awful experience! When I purchased a Santa Fe at Northstar Hyundai under the same circumstances, their manager and sales person were absolutely amazing and he ensured my transaction was a completely positive experience in stark contrast to my experience at Leduc Hyundai. More
This dealership is awesome . I was at the point where I didn't know where I was going with my finances anymore. By the time I met with Bryce and Ray at this dealership I left . I was at the point where I didn't know where I was going with my finances anymore. By the time I met with Bryce and Ray at this dealership I left there with a brand-new Sonata and cash back to pay my necessary bills so I could distress and improve my credit rating. I recommend these gentlemen highly and what they do for people is an act of compassion and it's an expression of actually wanting to help people. Go guys I'm with you all the way More

Not a good Experience I found a vehicle online and set up an appointment to see it. I got there and salesperson Dallas wanted to show me a different vehicle. I said my pric I found a vehicle online and set up an appointment to see it. I got there and salesperson Dallas wanted to show me a different vehicle. I said my price range was 10k to 15k. We went for a test drive and we started the negotiation. Salesperson came back with price of $18900 for a 2013 Elantra GL. Said I was getting a deal because list is $21900. That is the price of a brand new 2017. Dallas's reply back was thats "the game" they play. I should have walked away but I didn't because I needed a vehicle and didn't have time to shop around. Negotiated down to 14K. Not a great price in hindsight when I look around. Finance not interested in looking for best rates and was not very good during the process. Almost completed the finance portion and they then show me Carfax and it shows the car was in an accident. Again I should have walked out. Next day I came to my senses and tried to back out today the deal but it's too late. They tried to make something work but it was just more confusion from them. I had to keep calling and getting answers. A week of miscommunication and awkwardness. I arranged to pick up the car and the people working were not aware that I was coming nor did they know where the car was. My salesperson saw me waiting but didn't come to say hello and didn't make eye contact. They only gave me one set of keys and they had put the wrong winter tire package on the car. They said they would look into it. I waited 10 days and after no one called me I called them. Keys are found but they wanted to know what I wanted to do about the tires. They offer no solutions. It's sorted out now but overall customer service was lacking. More
Poor Service in Drive Through Oil Change Bay confirmed pricing 1 week prior to going, arrived at 10:30, waited over an hour in line finally got into service line, confirmed price with technician, confirmed pricing 1 week prior to going, arrived at 10:30, waited over an hour in line finally got into service line, confirmed price with technician, then waited another hour only to find out that they did not have the filter or the oil to do the oil change on my truck. Why advertise we do all makes and models if you really are not prepared. then I was told that the quoted price was not really the price. that only included 5 liters of bulk oil out of a drum and if they did not have that oil then it was not applicable.... of course this was only told to me when they found out that they did not have enough oil in the system to do my oil change, BUT if they would have checked when my truck was pulled in at roughly 11:30 then they would have been able to go to their supplier, however since they left my truck to after they did a small car it was then too late to get products for my oil change....... wasted 3 hours and for no outcome. the young lady tried to be the positive one, but fact of the matter was she even reached out to her Service Manager and no resolution or offer to help out or any real resolution. More
