From the moment that I entered the showroom at Leduc Hyundai, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm, courteous and friendly demeanor of the entire sales staff. Credit the ownership group at this dealership for their full commitment to customer service & satisfaction and ensuring these values are consistently carried out by their staff. Not only did I get a good deal; but, it was rather unique to see a dealership that provides full disclosure when quoting the vehicle purchase price(I.e. all inclusive with no hidden or extra fees added ). My overall vehicle purchasing experience at Leduc Hyundai was relaxing and enjoyable and I have highly recommended this dealership to my friends & family. Based on my previous positive experience, I recently revisited Leduc Hyundai accompanied by a family member who was interested in purchasing a new SUV. We were greeted by Jaimon Kidd (sales consultant) who was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful by verifying that the specific vehicle in mind was equipped with the desired features and was within a feasible price range. Subsequently, a vehicle quotation , including full disclosure, (no hidden or added fees) was prepared by Kevin(sales manager) and presented to my family member as an all-inclusive vehicle purchase price.. In addition, Jaimon took the time to thoroughly review the document with us to ensure there was a clear understanding of its contents. This practice was consistent with my vehicle purchase just a few months earlier. Prior to leaving the dealership, we were given a tour of the premises and introduced to several of the sales staff including department managers as well as one member of the ownership group . During our entire visit at Leduc Hyundai, all of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. After visiting other dealers in the Metro Edmonton area, (for product comparisons & pricing) my family member returned to Leduc Hyundai and purchased his vehicle at the initial quoted price. We enjoyed the quick response that I received from David in response to my emails. Also he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. He was friendly and very out going. Jaimon kid went through every button and dial in the vehicle with me. I had never had such personal attention when buying a vehicle before, I left there feeling knowledgable about my new purchase. Trevor in the business office was great with going through all my finance options and explaining all the contracts. There were no hidden fees or surprises and the extra I wanted came at a very affordable price. I came to Leduc Hyundai to trade in my avenger that I was not happy with. I have been wanting a Veloster for some time now since I saw them and I not only got a Veloster, but a Veloster turbo.
