From the beginning to the end of my car buying experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down pa experience, we were treated with friendliness and respect. I had some trouble with another dealership that I felt pressured me into putting a down payment on an SUV, when I wanted out of the deal they basically said No we aren't refunding you the 1000$...Lornel and Scott counselled me through this ordeal...and Ron brought me into his office and offered to cover 1/2 my down if they didn't refund it. (Which they eventually did refund) What a generous offer! One I won't forget! I am very Leary of Car salesman and this team has restored my faith in trusting this industry. I will recommend Leduc Hyundai to everyone I know. I Love my Tuscon and would definitely by from Leduc Hyundai again. Kudos to you all for your professionalism and friendliness! More

Initially, I met with Kevin who was friendly and who actually listened to my vehicle needs. He then introduced me to Jaimon who took me for a test drive and explained the features of the vehicle. Jaimon Kidd knows his stuff! He was informative and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation! Once I had made the decision to make the purchase I was directed to Scott in finance. The quality I liked most about Scott was that he didn't waste my time and I didn't feel like a hostage being pressured to buy "add-on's"! The whole process took about 30 minutes! I chose to shop this dealer as when my wife and I drove by the dealership we noticed the type of vehicle we were looking for which was a 1ton diesel pick up.We were greeted by our friendly saleslady Emily by the dealership we noticed the type of vehicle we were looking for which was a 1ton diesel pick up.We were greeted by our friendly saleslady Emily who got the vehicle ready for our test drive and explained a lot about the truck to us during the test drive. The dealership basically had a very friendly atmosphere right from dealing with Emily to the Sales Manger Dennis and last but not least the finance manager Scott. They all had a great attitude and were willing to help in anyway they could. Upon picking the truck up once again Emily made it a point to meet on her day off to explain all the features of the F350 Super Duty Diesel and then again followed up the next day to see how things were going and if I had another questions.Scott the financial manager did a great job getting us the best interest rate on the purchase and did a great job going over all the paperwork involved including the extended warranty package. Also upon picking the vehicle up the Owner/Operating Partner made it a point to say hi and also offered his services to any questions or concerns we may have and thanked us for the business. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's knowledgeable friendly Staff and would not hesitate to buy from them again either new or used. More
