Good Morning and thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I am the Dealer Facilitator and Internet Manager at Leduc Hyundai. My role is to address any concerns our customers have with the quality of service both in Sales & our Service/Parts Departments. After speaking with both your sales representative Rob Roppo and our Sales Manager Doug Bowes I was informed Doug attempted to resolve the concerns you have with the Service you received. He acknowledged the windshield shop we sent your vehicle to likely left the mark on your headliner as well as lost the windshield wiper caps. We ordered the caps and Doug confirmed he offered to look after that expense as well as detail your vehicle. He offered to let you know when the caps arrive should you wish to have that concern rectified. He also mentioned that the price differential was caught at the service counter and acknowledged the mistake (we had a new Service Advisor at the time) and credited back over $100 to the service order. Although we do our best to ensure our customers are completely satisfied, we also understand we are human and mistakes can happen. It is my understanding our Service Manager reached out to you to offer a resolve but was told you would never return to our store again for servicing or to purchase another vehicle and you were adamant about that. It appears our Service Manager did attempt to rectify the situation to the best of his ability but unfortunately you are not interested. Again I do appreciate your review for this does help us to re-address process and improve where mistakes may occur. I can always make arrangements for the wiper caps to be re-installed at your convenience should you wish to change your mind. Thank you for your review Miss Rogers. Your review has made it possible for our Facilitator to reach out to you and rectify our processes. The communication break down has since been addressed in detail and discussed with you personally since you wrote this review. The end result was a positive experience however, to which you acknowledge. So as not to inconvenience you during the repair period, we valeted a Service Loaner in an upgraded vehicle for your personal use during the dent repair, directly to your home. We also valeted your Tucson back to you with a full tank of gas and another free oil change was applied to your account. You mentioned to our Facilitator that you were completely satisfied with the paint & dent repair and the way in which this repair was handled by our Service Manager. Our apology has since been extended by ownership & our Facilitator and the repair & process positively resolved. Although we make every effort to ensure our customers are completely satisfied upon delivery, we understand mistakes happen. Again we thank you for addressing this issue and for your review.
