The vehicle delivers on mazdas fun to drive experience however it needs a couple adjustments which is unfortunate for a brand new car, understandably common and not directly the fault of the dealer, but perhaps a better inspection of the vehicles once delivered to the dealer should be performed. More

Exceptional I test drove 5 other small SUVs before checking out Mazda. I stopped in just for xxxxs and giggles. I took the Cx-3 and the Cx-5 out for test drives with Billy. He was very knowledgeable on both vehicles. wheni mentioned how many Kms I put on a car per year he mentioned Mazda offered unlimited Kms for 3 years. That was a no brainer for me. They offered me a demo to drive and Billy even provided his cell phone in case I had any questions over the holidays. Amazing My hubby is now thinking about getting one of his own. More
Exceptional, comfortable experience-exceeded expectations My husband and I were shopping around and undecided on a brand. We walked into London City Mazda with our 4 year old daughter, Lily and were instantly My husband and I were shopping around and undecided on a brand. We walked into London City Mazda with our 4 year old daughter, Lily and were instantly comfortable. Jasmine quickly answered all of Lily's demands for paper, markers, pens and still managed to do an exceptional job or "selling us" on the Mazda. When it was time for a test drive, Jasmine and the others working entertained Lily while we went for a tour. Literally the entire dealership was chatting and playing with her. We loved the Mazda and were sold but wanted to do our due diligence and continue to shop around. In the meantime, we asked very detailed questions through email and Jasmine was quick to respond. When we returned to check out another car, Lily's drawings were hung on the wall waiting for her and everyone was asking why we did not bring her back! I am also in the business of teaching adults how to sell and Jasmine nailed Everything. She asked questions to find out what's important to us, connected with us, asked for the business and answered with confidence every objection we could possibly throw at her. Truthfully, the car is great, but it is just a car. This dealership sold us the car. We will be back! More

She was very nice, super help and a very comfortable vibe at Mazda, Negotiate for few hours in her office and over texting , finally came to an agreement. Glad I did end up going to Mazda, I highly Recommend this dealership. Mallory Campling was very helpful at explaining all the paperwork. Have been back for an oil change , staff is always very friendly . Loving my new car. Thank Mazda! More
Excellent Customer Service I had been having my 2015 CX-5 serviced at London City Mazda due to their superior customer service. During a recent service visit, in which Kim fit I had been having my 2015 CX-5 serviced at London City Mazda due to their superior customer service. During a recent service visit, in which Kim fit me in on the same day, and had my tire replaced within 20 minutes, I was approached by the sales manager Dave and advised him I was interested in trading my 2015 CX-5 for 2016 CX-5. I explained to Dave that I did not want to increase my current payments significantly (if at all), however he took the time to set me up with Billy. Despite Billy's hesitations (as he was also concerned of the cost of the trade) he processed the paperwork and to our surprise we found out that the payments were in fact very close! It was extremely important for me to have the same warranty, navigation (an option that I did not have previously), and all windows tinted (as they were in my 2015). Billy made sure I left LCM with my car exactly how I desired. The entire experience was stress-free, and accommodating. I absolutely love my new car and I have never been disappointed with the customer service I have received at LCM. I would recommend LCM to all my friends and family! More
