With little experience with cars, and no idea if I wanted to finance, lease or buy, my dad, who has lots of experience with cars, came with me on my search. Prior to going to London City Mazda, we started our search at another dealership and had a negative experience. Despite knowing that the car was for me, we dealt with an employee who rarely addressed me, and instead directed all his comments and questions to my dad. It was clear that I was young and new to this experience, however, I did not appreciate being ignored. This employee also made me feel intimidated and pressured into making a decision. Our next stop was London City Mazda. Upon our arrival, I noticed the environment was very different from the previous dealership. It felt more relaxed and friendly. We dealt with Jamie and he made my first car buying experience enjoyable! This was a pleasant surprise because I thought I would be stressed under any circumstance. Jamie was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient through the entire process - including during my endless questions and indecisiveness. And most importantly, I felt included in the process of my new car purchase! My dad is not an easy person to please, and even he was impressed with Jamie. After multiple meetings and discussions, we decided that leasing a Mazda 3 was right for me. I never enjoyed driving until I began driving my Mazda! They listened to our needs and matched us with a car that worked well for us. Craig was great and even saved us more money by getting us top dollar on our trade in (more then I would of thought.) He had answers for all our questions and showed us everything we needed to know. While going through the sales pitch is standard at all dealerships Jessie and Mallory where great, no pressure and if you did not want something they had no problem with it (I have been at dealerships where they put you in a room and close the door behind you and turn up the pressure to buy add-ons.) I would recommend this dealership to others and send the Craigs way for his good service. More

They let me test drive a vehicle for a couple of days to see if it would suit but it just didn't fit me... so they suggested another brand all together and arranged for another couple of days test drive.
