Cost two hours labour for $220.00 plus parts for a total bill of $500.00. Spoke with another mechanic who said the job takes about 20minutes. Nobody seemed to care about our concerns right up to the cashier who took our money without even looking up from her desk once. Will never set foot on this lot again. More

Oil Change from xxxx Bought a groupon oil change with car wash. Service manager was rude and treated me like He was doing me a favour. He made us walk around the vehicle and identify all the dings on the vehicle (like I was driving a beater). i picked up the car and over the next week there was a faint smell so took it to my own mechanic who said it needed an oil change, as the oil was really dirty, he also said the screws to the oil drain pain had been screwed on so tight that he had to use special equipment to unscrew it and it would have caused major damage had It been left like that. Obviously never going there again and surprised that the service dept has any business! More
