Good deal on used Soul. Service recommends work not needed We bought a used Soul 2016 in 2018 for a great price but the financing wasn’t the best. Winter tires were included in a new Soul but had to barder it We bought a used Soul 2016 in 2018 for a great price but the financing wasn’t the best. Winter tires were included in a new Soul but had to barder it into the price which was not quite clear if the tires were free included in the financing. We just got service done which was just suppose to be an oil change and maintanence check up. I got talked into a brake maintanence rotors turned lubrication cabin filter package and the car only has under 13,000km. The rotors had outer rust 2 different widths but the backs only had record like scratches which I was told later by a mechanic that it should not have needed turning. I showed pics. They also recomended structural alignment which is extensive alignment for $175.00 the steering wheel being off center which Zellens checked for free gave me the printout being a past customer and said there is nothing wrong with it and is within specs. I was told that Kia makes their money on commission. It cost me $613.00 dollars including tax last week for the maintenance at Kia Upper James Hamilton. I feel like I got robbed. More

Lied about service done. When confronted about not actually doing the service they claimed, Martha become extremely ignorant. Great people, poor service I recently took my soul in for a regular service 3 and had just finished switching over my winter tires a couple days before. I was informed that I needed to replace both the front and back brakes when I knew for a FACT that they looked basically brand new. Every time I come here I feel like I’m being upsold on a service / part just because I’m young and alone most of the time. Stear clear if you are not able to check and verify their work. More
